I'd stay with black shoes, like in the picture.

Definitely bring some colour in with accessories etc. Blocky stuff like bangles and beads. Colourful bag too.

I'd say 3/4 sleeve blazer rather than a shawl or cardigan. Maybe a black one with colour showing where the sleeves are turned up, or a one that's actually coloured.

I was thinking of maybe getting pink peep toe platforms and a pink clutch? Or else black shoes and silver clutch and some bangles.

I did hair and make up today so got that down at least.

I was iffy about wearing this but really liked it when I tried it on with my hair and make up down. Thought it might be a bit too casual.

Honestly OP I really don't think it's suitable for a wedding.

It's very pretty and would be lovely for a night out, but if you're going to the full wedding inc ceremony it's a bit too casual.

There are some fab summer dresses in the shops at the moment. I just think you may end up feeling a little underdressed in comparison to the rest of the guests, and that's an awful feeling!

    Just my opinion...

Great suggestion, I think a 3/4 sleeve blazer would really smarten it up and it would look fab!

Thanks, I was thinking before hand it might be a bit too casual. It was someone else who pointed it out to me and before I bought it I asked quite a few opinions and everyone I tried it on for said it looked fab on so then I really liked it. Now I'm not so sure if I do anymore. I think it looked really dressy when I had my hair make up, and a pair of heels on.

I really do think it will be nice. The weather's generally warm at the moment, so it will be less formal, some summer dresses, maxi dresses. Kind of depends on how posh the family are, but I'd say your jump suit will be lovely teamed with heels and a blazer. Your friends will know what kind of wedding it will be, and they've said it's nice, so I'm sure it's dressy enough. Anyway, it's better to be slightly underdressed than slightly overdressed.

I would disagree, in particular for the ceremony, it is alway better to be overdressed rather than under dressed. I would suggest wearing somthing a little more formal for the ceremony, then changing into that nice jumpsuit for the afters.

    Enjoy the day.

I think the legs look a bit like tracksuit pants. What kind of material is it?

I think it would be more suitable for the evening part of a wedding not the day time/ church part. I dont think its too casual, but more like something you wear on a sat night out ?
    Maybe im wrong though :confused::confused:

Is the material really stretchy ? My sis has this one and its gorgeous on.

I don't think it's suitable for a wedding at all. It's nice from the front but the back view it just looks like a tracksuit.

There's nothing as bad as going somewhere and feeling underdressed. If you're not confident, it will show. Personally I wouldn't think it's appropriate for a wedding, but that's just my opinion.

Ya it's got like a strechy material.
Maybe because I'm young (17) and tall everyone told me it would look nice? Don't know, wish I hadn't gotten it now because of these replies blah :(
I'm stuck with it now anyway.

In all honesty, it depends on the wedding. I personally don't think it would be suitable to wear to any of the weddings I've been to but they've all been very posh. If it's going to be a more relaxed informal affair then you would get away with it.

Jump Suit went down really well, I got a lot of compliments, even from the bride, and didn't feel under dressed next to anyone. I think it looks better in person and when I had my hair and make up done then it does on the website. I think if I was short it would not have looked great.

There was another girl who was doing a readings with me in a jump suit too ;)

So if your looking for something a bit different then go for a jump suit. I was worried about it but was so glad I got it.
