Xbox and Action Replay Problem

I'm having an issue with Action Replay, it doesn't seem to detect my USB flash memory so I can't transfer game saves. The error message is "The USB Device failed to enumerate", I've added the vendor id and product id into the driver file and reinstalled. The flash memory I am using is a Sandisk Cruzer Blade 4GB, any ideas?…

Update: Xplorer360 can see the flash drive, I can browse some game saves that I have copied from the Xbox hdd

I can now see the Splinter Cell games saves on the USB stick when it's connected to the controller
