Hey, going on a family holiday to France in July. Spending 3 days in Paris then travelling down to Cannes for a few more days.

I looked up the TGV website and prices are in around €250 for 2 adults and 1 child, the youngest child goes free. I hadn't expected to pay this much, anyone any tips on getting cheap train tickets in France? Tks

There are usually more trains than those which appear on the tgveurope page, you will have to go in through the French site to see these, you may find some of them to be cheaper.
