My man eyes!

Ok, of late, the last year or so, I have been getting dark reddish circles under my eyes. Not directly beneath my eyes, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 an inch below the bottom eye lid, and following the eye contour.

What can I do to get rid of them?.

As I'am a 33 year old bloke, wearing cosmetics or make up is a big no no.

I get plenty of sleep, eat well and have good clear skin. These dark circles are really starting to make me look and feel jaded.

Should I be drinking gallons of water?. Maybe applying some type of face cream at night?. Tea bags and cucumbers?.

Please give me some advice, you hip stylish things!.

Unfortunately most of us will have panda eyes from one source or other. Burning the candle both ends etc. through life and work or whatever.

I understand that concealer etc. is a no no but really sometimes concealer in my view just makes the problem more noticeable unless you are a make up professional and know exactly what shades to use and application techniques that are flawless.

Drinking plenty of water is always part of a good health routine so yeah do this if you do not already.

However, very pronounced dark circles can be an indicator of health problem in some instances. Without wanting to be any way ott perhaps a visit to your friendly GP could be a good way to rule this issue out one way or another.
