Had to cut a ton of this back yesterday as it was taking over the garden..i'm not going to be able to cook with it all and i've selected a load of cuttings to root. Anybody want some?

Cut it up and put it in an icecube tray with a drop of water, then freeze. You can defrost each cube as you need some! I did it the other day with fresh herbs I had left over but wouldn't be using soon.

Edit: Just re- read your post. The above would only be helpful with a small amount, not the bush you have, by the sounds of it
