Tax Credit issue

    Seems I am being charged higher rate of tax for last few months, I started in January and I do not have a p45 from last employer, I'll be finishing my current work end of next month, what forms do I need to sort the issue out. Will I be entitled to claim back the tax and get a cheque, will it be added into my wages in a lump or will it be in dribs and drabs, looked through previous threads and its all very confusing and different proceedures.
