UPC Mrbi Phone Survey

    Got a call from mrbi last nite, conducting a phone survey for UPC. They wanted permission to record the interview, which I gave!

    Question 1 "Would I recommend a friend"? Answer: "No."
    Question 2 "What is the single most important reason for not recommending a friend?" Answer: "Old Ntl MMDS service in our area, with no date on replacement cable system."
    Question 3 "How would you rate your MMDS TV service on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being poor quality and 10 being highest quailty?" Answer: "1"
    Question 4 "What is the single most important reason for giving a score of 1?" Answer: "Lack of HD service."
    Question 5 "Would you say that UPC staff are rude to you?" Answer: "No, the staff in the Call Centre are always pleasent, they are just not equipped with the information to answer my questions."

    I just got a phonecall from UPC, they asked:

    Are you happy with your HD box?
    Are you happy with the picture quality?
    Are you happy with the audio quality?
    Do you use the channel browser?
    Are you happy with the reminder/PVR functions?
    Would you recommend the HD PVR box to family/friends?
