    Hi,

    Thanks for having a read!!
Well lately i have been having a strange knocking sound comming from the undercarrige of my car, just under the gear lever!
It only occurs when i ove between 1st and second gear, and only WHEN I MOVE the gear lever, gears change fine and rev's etc are ok.
Just wondering what it could be??
    Any ideas.
It only occurs when the gear lever is pushed over to the far left for first and second gear, and there is no issue with 1st or secod gear or even finding them, just this tap/ knock.

    It is a mark 2 laguna ( 03) 1.6 petrol sport.
