I had a phone interview for the UK on thursday.
It was for a big company in the UK and via a Recruitment Agency.

The recruitment agent contacted me as they seen my CV on Jobsite saying that i was perfect for this role.

He contacted me on tuesday saying a phone interview was set up for thursday and said the Hiring manager was keen on me as my CV was "Fantastic" and there was 5 positions to fill and only 4 people in for them as recruiter had exclusivity on the roles.

So wednesday came and the recruiter rang me and geared me up for a proper interview and said "if you dont get this job ill throw myself off a bridge". I prepared all night for the interview.

I got the phone call as planned and it was meant to be two people however it was just the hiring manager.
Then he started telling me about the business etc and just asked about my CV a small bit and it was like a casual chat really.

After this he asked have i got any questions and i outlined my ambitions and how im passionate about the field etc. Then he added that the second stage if im successful would require me to go over and be shown around the site etc to see first hand what they do and meet me in person.... which i expected and is not an issue

Im worried now as i feel the casual chat was strange and feel that because im not a resident in the UK it will go against me.

I contacted the Recruiter and explained how it went he said it was strange for that to happen but it seemed positive.

Do I have reasons to worry???????
