A quick question.A friend of mine is after moving into a new town house in skerries. I was over there this evening and I walked into his utility room which is about 2.5 mts squared. There's alarm panel, time clock, washing machine, tumble dryer all in it. But also he has a toilet and sink in it. The heating boiler is right above the toilet on the wall. How can this be allowed. It's a new build in the last 12 months. So is it a bathroom or utility room and either way how did it pass the elec regs????
