    I posted about David Pelz in Kileen Castle and was negative. Can anyone recommend me someone for pitching in Cork and Kerry?

    Are you basically looking for improvement in your short game? I would say check up your local club and who the PGA pro is. Give him a try it will do you no harm in most cases. In my opinion they are all much of a muchness and not much difference in them. Depends where in the south - east you are located but I have a work buddy who has got lessons in Newcastle West Golf Club and his puttins is top class. His pitching is also very good. But like I said try your local pro and give him a lesson or two. You will know if it feels right from the of, at least I did when I got lessons a few years back.
    And the old adage practice makes perfect is very true with golf. Go to the short game practice area at your club and put in an hour before your round of golf. Try different stances, ball in middle of legs, then more toward the left foot, then even more to the left foot, etc. That is what I tend to do now if I need to work on an aspect of my game and it works for me. But everyone is different
