Broken iPod Touch - repair advice

    Hi all

I dropped my iPod touch 4th generation on the tiles in the kitchen a short while ago and shattered the touch sensitive surface. The screen is still smooth but there are 'crack lines' running across the screen, particularly in the corner where it hit the floor.

At first everything worked fine, but it has been getting worse, and now I am having lots of problems - it takes a few attempts to unlock it, the letter 'H' won't work for me etc..

So, does anyone know can this be fixed? Spent 400 euro on it in December, so would love to try and get it repaired!

    Any advice much appreciated

    Cheers

    G

    Same thing happened to me.
Get in contact with Gadget Shop, south street, new ross, co. Wexford.
The man there sorted me out. good prices too.
Also, check your warranty, can be fixed or replaced for free if its still under warranty.

Repaired under warranty from dropping it? Not a hope.
