Im looking to get a 3rd tattoo. Its been over 10 years since my last one and ive never got one in Ireland before. Does anyone have any thoughts on these 2 places? Also if anyone has a number for me, it would be great. How much would i be expecting to pay now? I only want a small tattoo.
