Dunnes have choice of two for 30 euro, works with Ryanair so should be fine for A Lingus.

Just beware that some Aer Lingus flights are now actually operated by Aer Arann which have a reduced size and weight allowance due to the size and amount of space on the plane.
I don't think that there's actually a penalty but they will put your bag in the hold which might cause you a delay.
