    This was posted before.. but how I see it, I've already paid my fair share to Quinn for having insurance with them for 1 year.

    The extortionate prices of insurance should be able to bail out any loss they might have!

    That's not the sole purpose of the ICF. It is there to cater for insolvent insurers, among other things.
