Anyone know where i can get one that offers good support and not too expensive? I've tried the ones from Pennys and Dunnes but they are useless for my size ( D cup )

Everyone recommends the wonderbra ultimate strapless bra, but I would recommend you get measured somewhere before purchasing if you haven't been measured in a while. The cheapest that I found online was the hut at £21.00

Ann Summers have ones for €25, but they're in a 2 for €30 so you could treat yourself!

I have never found a good strapless bra that gives a nice shape :( I've tried a Debenham's one, Wonderbra and a couple of cheapy Dunnes ones (their bras fit me really well, for some reason!) and no happiness. I generally end up going commando if I can't wear a normal bra, but it's not always suitable.

In that "what things won't you wear" thread Sarah Bear recommended the strapless wonder bra. She said it was amazing and she's a 36F

+1 for strapless wonderbra - best support I've found for larger cup sizes.

I got a Debenhams own brand strapless today and it's great. It has a thick back on it (three hooks down), so that seems to help making it fit well. I'm a 32DD btw.

Also, if you get measured in Debenhams you get a €5 discount on lingerie. Not sure how long it's valid for.

    Edit: This is the one!

Did anyone ever see the wonderbras that have cardboard hands inside the cups? How very strange! Looked like they'd give great support though and they had the invisible lines. In debenhams they do a range called gorgeous and they've got strapless ones. Good thing about them is that the straps at the back are really thick.
