First appointment at Cork Fertility Centre

    Hi,

    We just got our first appointment in the Cork Fertility Centre for the 23rd May. Got a phone call yesterday listing the bloods we've to get done before hand, etc. The girl was very nice and listed off the tests that would be done on the day but we could hardly take it in... we only got referred last week!!!!

    Our info pack is in the post with confirmation of the appointment but i was wondering has anyone else on here have experience with Cork? would love to hear from anyone that has been there.

    Hi Mrsbrady

    I am recently with the CFC and I find them lovely to deal with, very kind and very efficient. If I ring up and leave a message with the nurses they get bk to me asap or I get what I was asking for in the post the next day.

    I nearly died when I saw all the tests we had to get done before our appointment but its all forgotten about now.

    I have Polycystic Ovaries so Iv been put on Clomid to try regulate my cycle so fingers crossed Yipppeeee :)

    Quins5 thanks for that, it's nerve racking but hopefully once the first appointment is over we'll be flying it. i cant believe we got our appointment so quick, was sure we'd be waiting till the end of the summer. maybe for once, the Gods are on our side :D
