Question about FPS

Hey guys whats up ok so i dont have the most powerful laptop to play minecraft and i mostly rely on mods in order to play but one thing i noticed when i was playing earlier is that when i press f3 my fps gets like a massive boost from like 20 and 30 up to like 80 and 90 fps. The game runs completely smoothly its excellent. Unfortunatly all that crappy **** comes up on the screen which is very annoying and hard to play with also hard to make vids with which is the main point for me. I was just wondering if there are any mods or even ways to get rid of all the crap on the screen yet keep the fps increase im getting any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Generally, F3 lowers FPS... So that's weird as hell.

Reduce the render distance and all that other crap.

ye i usually play on short and its fin but wouldny mind playing on normal or far while recording and seems like i can when i press f3 weird alright haha

Make sure the graphics card drivers are up to date and try and close programs running in the background (itunes is a huge resource hog!)
