Rte player on ps3

    Sorry if this has been mentioned before,
    I must have missed an announcement about this but
    Just after updating ps3 and found it now has rte player in the menu brilliant for me as my laptop is as slow as mud and wasn't even able to play rte player at all
    Now able to watch it back on my 50 inch plasma nice one rte/Sony :D

    Ya it's great. Shame we're not in the UK though where (as far as I'm aware) the BBC iPlayer, ITV Player and 4od are all available through PS3

    No, its not a shame that we're not in the uk, our country might be financially in the crapper and we only have the rte iplayer but i enjoy being free and not under english oppression thank you :)

    If you were in the UK, you could not get RTE. How would that be better.:D

    Naanman the rte iplayer has been on the main ps3 crossbar for a few months now but u do know that even if it wasnt u could still watch the rte iplayer through the ps3's internet browser???? :cool:
