Cat Found - Upper Drumcondra Road

Hello! I live on Upper Drumcondra Road and there is a cat who appears to be homeless and hangs out near where we live. We know that he was once well cared for and loved as he is VERY friendly, and will walk up to anyone that passes by. He is White and Black. I've attaced a picture. I hope his owners find him!!
