No fault insurance

I live in a 'no fault' state. I understand what this means as regards liability for medical bills.

But this only deals with medical issues. I am having trouble finding info on what (if anything) 'no fault' means regarding vehicle damage. If someone crashes into me, and damages my car, are they liable for the damage to my car, or not?
