Hi there

We've made this online game type thing for a client of ours. It was run at Christmas and we threw the cost of monitoring it 24/7 into the development cost then. They want to run it again and obviously we'd like to get paid for the monitoring since most of the development work is done now. People need to login to it at specific times over say 5 x 24hours periods. So it really has to be monitored 24/7 for that period and if it went down for more than a few minutes it would be a real problem as hundreds of people per hour are logging in.

Really have no idea what to charge for this as normally we'd have a yearly deal. Suggestions?
