Newbridge to Rathcoole

Hey guys,

Finally got a job interview, only thing is its in Rathcoole, cant seem to find any bus routes Anyone know any?

Bus Eireann stops (just past the Poitin Stil pub) at Rathcoole going to Newbridge and I know there is a stop on the opposite side of the Naas road. Anytime I used a bus I asked the driver nicely to stop at this stop. It is just after the walkover bridge so you can use this to walk over in if your going to the village.

Try the other private bus companies, really its down to the driver on the day. I know the Silverdawn bus will definetly stop at the above bus stop.

Brilliant, thanks for the info. I actually have to make my way to the industrial estate, hopefully i can get a taxi or maybe even walk.

No bother. As I said, if your nice to the driver he will stop for ya. I take it your going to Greenogue Ind Estate? When you get off the bus walk up the road (towards Dublin) there is a footpath. When you come to the roundabout go left. Print off a map or use your smartphone if you have one to find the exact location of the business.

The walk will be about 20 minutes, if its a nice day your set although watch the sweat patches before the interview haha!

Or you can walk over the bridge into Rathcoole, there is a taxi rank in the village, you'll probably get over for a fiver.

Thanks a million man, Yep thats the exact place. I would of been lost without ya! Had no idea what i was going to do. Hopefully it all goes well now

The Bus Eireann service is route 126.

There's also Dualway's Village Link service (limited service) between Rathcoole and Newcastle, passing Greenogue.
