Illness benefit and payment from the other source???

Hi I'm on the illness benefit due to my knees condition. I used to work as a bartender before, but I can't continue this kind of work. I'm a freelance photographer as well and here is my question. If I will earn some money from doing photography from the same company which hire me as a bartender and get the payment to my bank account do I have to report it to the social welfare? Will my benefit be suspended ? or canceled? Thanks.

If your on illness benefit you are unable to work due to said same illness.

Work and Illness Benefit

You may be able to do part time rehabilitative work (up to a maximum of 20 hours a week) and keep your Illness Benefit. You must get written approval from the Department of Social Protection.
