    Hi All

I recently claimed some rent relief using PAYE online. Therefore my tax credit "expanded". Now, my question is, if i apply for P21, would that relief be included as well in it to claim back?

I'm not sure if that's 100% understandable so if You have any questions i wouyld be happy to give answers.

    Thanks for your help

I presume this is your first time claiming rent relief?

Have you only claimed for the current year or did you make a claim fo earlier year(s) too?

If you claim it for an earlier year, it will trigger a P21. And if you are only claiming for the current year it'll be on your P21 when you get it next year.

I'm really claiming it for last 4 years as i just realused i could get money back. I'm looking on around 4 grand including 2011. So my understanding is that i could claim cash for it, right?
