Goped Insurance/ Tax

i'd be taxed as an electric vehicle, it would need Reg plates etc.

It might be tricky getting insurance though..
try phoning Quinn, adelaide and carol&nash for insurance quotes

duty and vat will also have to have been paid in order to get a reg plate

No and no, tried to do this a couple of years ago. They are not allowed on Irish roads. Got confirmation from Shannon and the Gardai.
