drogba and eto'o would surely be the strikers on the African team. add in Essien, Kalou and Ayew. who else would make up the team?

id have Neuer as goalie for Europe anyway

Villa is just about the only European striker I'd even consider putting in ahead of him.

    Euro:

    Casillas
    Ramos--Puyol--Pique--Lahm
    ---Xavi--Alonso--Iniesta
    Villa
    Ibra
    Ronaldo

Very close to being a Barca/Madrid selection. Also very Spanish dominated.

Football is 12 a side now?

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

because you are doing it wrong. Ramos is not better at RB than Lahm and there are much better LB selections than Lahm. Pique and Puyol are not better than Ferdinand, Vidic, Carvalho, Terry and a few others. Schweinsteiger is the best all round CM in the world and I would never be able to leave him out of a Euro 11 although it was hard to leave Alonso out of mine, Ozil too for that matter. Rooney on current form should also be in there. If he was on Barca he'd be a better option than Villa for them imo. Ibra is the only really nailed on one I think because there's no real other physically dominating forward who has ball skills like him around Europe...

Wanted to fit Ramos and Lahm in as I reckon they're the best two full european full backs playing. Theres no one in the world better than Puyol. Pique I'd agree is a tight choice, Rio or Vidic could have edged that spot.

It was a straight choice between Alonso and Schweinsteiger. Wouldn't have Rooney next or near the team.

Edit: Did I really just justify my selection to the guy who picked Gareth Bale as the best left back in Europe:pac:

Ramos is a terrible full back, he wouldn't be in the top 10 in europe;)
