Hi Guys, I'm planning (hoping) to go to the world cup this year. To be honest it depends if I can work out an affordable way to do it. At the moment it is about 1000 for flights. Hi Guys,
I'm planning (hoping) to go to the world cup this year. To be honest it depends if I can work out an affordable way to do it. At the moment it is about 1000 for flights. Other than that I'm trying to find out cheapest way to do things, I was considering buying a car as there is four of us and sell it cheaply at the end and buying a couple of tents.

Anyone else have any ideas about what to do?

It's more the price of accommodation you should be worried about! I have a friend who works in the industry in NZ, and he has told me that for the entire world cup, hotels and guest houses have grossly inflated the price of a room etc;
