    Well, I guess Charles Ponzi was the most famous. Inventor of the "Ponzi scheme."

    All Central Banks, especially the Federal Reserve Bank and the European Central Bank, CBs are the only organisations that literally have a "license to print money."

    Nigeria (excuse me sir, I have on deposit $100,000,000 from some rich guy who died in a plane crash and left this money in my bank ...).

    China (lead paint in the toys, melamine in the pet food, salted gold, world leaders in software piracy and god knows what else)
