Device no longer linked to my account

    I think this happened the other night when I cleared the data in Google Services Framework (some apps weren't showing up on the tablet market, now they do). Basically I can download fine from teh device itself and when I look at my account on the market website I can see everything I've downloaded but there are no devices associated with my account any more so I can't Install from my PC. It's not a major hassle as I can just use the tablet but I don't understand how this is happening.

    Also, my market account refuses to remember my default language preference.
