Loud laughers

    Are you a loud laugher.
    I'm always suspicious of it.
Constant loud-laughing always comes across as attention-seeking/self-assurance that you're having a good time rather than genuine mirth.
Also, surely it's more respectful to the joke-teller if only to establish some kinda scale of reference.
I'm mostly a quiet chuckler, but if a joke warrants it, of course i will laugh strongly.
But this constant braying thing that you see sometimes always makes me despair.
How annoying a laugher are you.

What I find more annoying is when someone laughs at their own shyte jokes.

Im guessing you dont laugh much if this is the crap that goes through your head when wondering how you should behave if something funny happens

Interesting topic OP, despite what most of the rest of AH may think.

Loud laughing can be massively irritating, especially when it's someone you are stuck in the vicinity of the whole time (like someone in work). I used to know someone like that and I spent most days wanting to beat them to death with my shoe. And I've definitely met a few people over the years who have cultivated new fake laughs to draw attention to their new fake personalities. But also very irritating are people who laugh at their own jokes, people who laugh at everything other people say and people who end every sentance of theirs with a laugh.

I'm lucky though, I'm not irritating. At. All. :)
