Have you done the course? I worked in an old people's home for ten days. You have to record quite factually what happens and then afterwards you put your thoughts; what you've learnt, how you felt, any realisations you had while you were doing it, what you'd do differently.... that kind of thing.

Im on the course at the moment , however i work in the care industry and am doing a reflection journal about my own job, and a skills audit + cv and oral presentation on a report about the H.S.E, , tutor doesnt want loads of info on what i do just basically reflections of the day i had
