    Hello.
    Just informing you that the information given out by Costelloe Estate Agents conflicts in relation to this house
    Their own A4 brochure says it is 0.5 acre on one side of the page and says it is 1 acre site on the other. They tell us that they have updated the details. Yet, their own site says 1 acre. Daft's site says first that it's an acre then that it is 0.5 acre.
    The actual size is 0.5 acre.
    The price on daft is €112,000, on Costelloe.com it is €114,950 but the agent says it has gone up to €119,500!!!
    Seems pretty dodgy to me.... but a nice house.
