As the topic says, I'm looking for someone to go running with. I generally do about 10k, or at least I do when I'm sufficiently motivated (hence this post). Sometimes shorter runs.

My pace at the moment is about 55 mins, but I'll get that down fairly quickly. 'twas a long, lazy winter!

PM or reply if you fancy stretching the old legs whenever.

    ta
    Mike

Sorry, to far and too fast for me at the moment.

Looking at about 6 min per Km pace at the moment for 10 k and recovering from injury at the moment.

Been doing 7k runs so far this summer.

I try to get out to Phoenix Park in the mornings where possible
