    Hi,

I am looking for a good physio in South Dublin area. Specifically for deep tissue/sports massage.

    Any recommendations?
    Thanks.

They're only just about South Dublin, but I go to Sports Med Ireland on Kildare Street and find them very good. They do sports massage and dry needling among other things. Great set up. They're chartered too so you can claim back on any treatments.

I've also gone to a fella in Ballinteer if that'd be of any interest to you. Can PM his details to you if you like.

I went to Premier Physio in Ballinteer, and I would recommend them.

Ciaran Fitzpatrick in Ballinteer is good. Google for number.

Vinny Mulvey for me cant recommend him enough. He himself a runner which helps and also has a genuine interest in treating injuries rather than exploiting people for money. He is actually on here so PM him or me if you want his number

Peter Mathews is your only man - top class middle distance runner himself in his day who represented Ireland numerous times and European and World level! If you want a deep tissue massage he's certainly the one I recommend! Based across the road from Fitzwilliam Square on Upper Fiztwilliam Street!
