Just wondering how many towns in Ireland are organising special events for the royal wedding on Friday; big screen TV, street party, BBQ, union jack bunting, etc.

I live in Crossmaglen and we must be planning on having a huge coffee morning, and planting lots of flowers.
Judging by the amount of folk I've seen this week with bags of fertiliser and coffee grinders, its gonna be a day to remember!

After Meath robbed Louth last year, they plan to honour the day by doing the same to a club team in Cork............

The Royals are going to **** Midleton.

There was a bloody Easter Rising march up my road today. Not a chance of a good royal wedding party. No I'll just be at home in front of the tv with a case of beer, a commemorative tea towel and some pictures of the bride to be in her see-through dress.

We're having a small alcohol free (that's not free alcohol) soiree and we're inviting Brian O'Driscol and Amy Huberman.

We're planning on having a cricket morning before a spot of tea with strawberries and fresh cream. Jolly good I say.

    I think we're hosting it :o

Was in the centre of London today, the sheer size of the media centres is unbelievable. Never realised quite how big a deal it was worldwide. Much more so than here. Big union flags are out in force and huge barriers going up too.

Next door neighbours are having a party, although its just more of an excuse for people in the street to drink in the afternoon. I'll probably go over to make use of their snooker table and the free food, while watching the telly at all.

Maybe someone will organize an afternoon of collective fist-shaking.

Or like, watch CelticTV? That will let them know.

Yep. Couple of street parties and many other jolly good events. Bristol is full of brits so it is!! Me, well i will be enjoying the day off work with a case of beer while watching reeling in the years on megavideo. Might even celebrate the day off work and the house to myself by having a fap.

I doubt even the Brits will be doing anything.
Does anyone really care? Although the yanks seem to be obsessed with them.
The prince William guy is a boring ****e anyway too, not much character there I don't think. Kate seems nice though. Although what a crap life she'll have now after marrying him, the press will never be away.
I'd be a bit interested in the nazi Harrys wedding.
