    Hi everyone..

I'm 25 and have been in two long term relatioships the last one ended last September in me getting my heart broken by a guy who looking back i dont thnk ever wated to go out with me :( anyway I'm not used to been single so heres my question..

I'v been dating a lovely guy for the last six weeks we live bout 80k from eah other so only see each other at weekends but would spend the whole weekend together.. but I dont know if were going out.. why in nearly all irish relationships is there the confussed grey area of meeting or dating in limbo with out knowing whats going on?

Have you tried asking him directly? He'd know a lot better than strangers on the internet!

Not always that easy to ask directly without freaking the guy out or making them feel pressured.

How is the relationship in general, OP, I wouldnt ask directly just yet, but perhaps hint towards it.

If he is feeling "pressured" after 6 weeks then she's better off knowing now

    That is really very funny.

    OP

If you guys are spending every weekend together and not going out then you would be justified in wondering what the hell is going on.

Just talk to him, alternatively just ask him out on a date!

    Regards

tbh, if he's freaked out so easily then it probly wouldn't work out anyway....
I would ask him directly too OP, you know yourself how things are goin, and if it seems to be heading that way.
