iphone 4 voice memo to ringtone

how do i access my voice memo's on my iphone 4 when using itunes 10. i want to convert a voice memo to a ringtone. i have seen plenty of video's on youtube on how to do this but the current itunes version does not show the voice memo option in the left browser bar to access the file.
