    Hi folks,

Just wondering if anyone has used a Lonsdale headguard for boxing or Thai before? they're in Heatons / Sportsworld for 22euro at the moment but feel a little light.

What would Lonsdale be like qualiyty wise in general?

twins, windy, sandee, cleto reyes etc... everything else is poo...

.. also btw conclusive studies were carried on on head guards and they dont stop damage to the brain...

there you go.. look at me writing something smart on here for a change

Top Pro or Top Ten are good. Not sure which one is the Amateur Boxing standard headguard, but that one is very good too.
