Is there any reason why my hard drive isnt showing its full capacity? Its a 180gb drive thats only show 100gb of free space. All that is installed on the drive is the OS. Is there a way for me to completely wipe the drive and perform a fresh install? Seems when i do a reinstall alot of files stay on the drive. Id like to just to a complete wipe, and start from scratch.

If it's a 180gb hard drive then when it's formatted it will show as 167gb (multiply by 0.93 roughly). This is because hard drive manufacturers define capactiy in base-10 whereas when it's formatted it's base-2. Is your hard drive taking up 67gb?
