Sorry if this is not the right place for this but a friend has booked his stupid stags this coming weekend - in LEEDS :(

Does anybody know if there would be any pubs in Leeds showing the Leinster v Toulouse game??

    Thanks............

You are in deep Rugby league country there.

But if you ask anywhere around most staff will happy enough show it once no major football or League games are being played.

Was in city centre 3 years back and I remember we asked if could show a Celtic v Rangers tie and was no problems.

    Large Irish Centre/Club in Leeds.
    Might be worth checking.
As mentioned before Soccer or League will be the main TV viewing in the pubs.

O'Neill's (an Oirish) pub, just behind the town hall will have it on.

The Irish Center is a little outside the city center, but they're almost certain to have it on.

Opposite the town hall, there is a pretty big sports bar with aobut 60 TVs and a few large screens. If I remember the name of it, I'll edit this later. If not, it's hard to miss. It's on a corner directly across the road from town hall and a few doors up from some "alternative" bars.

You may be in luck, the game is on at Saturday 3:30pm, which is during the time no football may be shown on British television (although some pubs may have foreign satellite systems to show the 3pm kickoffs)

The two RFL games that day are both at 6:30pm, so they don't clash either.

O'Neill's behind the town hall/by millenium square would probably be ideal. Depends where you are staying though. It would be more stag-friendly than the Irish centre too....

Alternatively if you fancy a change of environment, Headingley is 10 minutes out of town and is full of pubs that will show sports.

Not open until 9pm (so I'm told). ;)

Headingly is a good spot too.

The Sky Rack is a decent enough spot (for students), beer is cheap and they always have specials on. Just up from that, The Oak is a super spot. One of my favourites in Headingly.
