Inventions to make the world a better place.

So have any of you any ideas for a new invention to make the world a better place to live in, it can be far-out but not so far-out that such a device could never happen. For example stuff like a pocket held time machine is unrealistic, while at the other end of the scale a remote control wheelie bin is realistic and probably would make the world a better place but it's too small and boring an idea.
    Here's mine.
    The Mood Monitor
This is where a tiny microchip is placed in a persons head and sends readings about the persons mood back to the main Mood Monitor computer, the info is then placed online and the person can use their PIN number to check their results.
The microchip is inserted in a 1hr operation and has no ill side effects also it can be turned off if you like, so you could only put it on for a few days or a few hours whatever you like. So you could get your exact reading at that time or you could get an average reading over time, for a whole year or just one day.
This would be very useful for making decissions:
~To go out and get drunk or not, you would have an execellant reading when your half pissed but then you'd get a **** reading during the hangover so going on the average you could make a decission
~what job you are the happiest at
~does playing sport raise you level
    ~should you take drugs
~does things like Praying or meditation raise your level
Anyways people would become much more focused on their level than they are with things such as money.
But another big feature about this is that if enough people used you could get a reading for a whole area or even a whole country, this info would be available to everyone online.
So governments could track the mood of a nation focus in on trying to raise it rather than make a country richer
~rich folk would throw their money on the streets in the national interest
~hot women would give it up more easily in the national interest
~strangers would buy women flowers and chocolate in the national interest
~everybody would help everybody else out

I've had a few drinks. This thread just pissed me off no end.

It's a major case of "what is this I don't even".

And I've never used that expression before. I hate it, but it seems that it is the only applicable one I can think of.

    Pubs.

A missile guidance system that differentiates between "NACKR" and "CLTURD" targets so you can put a ballistic missile through the back door of the local scroungin' scumbag's gaff or -better yet- the local hipster's abode - all from the safety of your own basement :D
