Circuit of Ireland 2011, Stage 3

Just wondering if anyone heard what happened on stage 3 yesterday ? We saw approx half the cars , then they stopped for a while before a MK2 Escort came through driving slowly, had words with the marshalls at our corner and the crew of a following car before both cars and all subsequent cars drove through at slow speed. The story we were told by other spectators as we walked away from the stage was that someone had thrown a stone through one of the car's windscreens.

Have to stress that i have only heard this 2nd or 3rd hand and havent seen it mentioned anywhere , has anyone heard anything definate on this?

herd no word of that id say some one was prob talking sh..ite normally happens when you hear a thing 3rd or 4th hand,
by any chance were you at midpoint? more than likely the stage got blocked cars got held up till they got the car out of the way but they may have had to cancell the stage for the rest of the cars as the went past the magic ten minute window and the stage went dead.
