can't update software on new sat nav

bought a new sat nav today and i'm trying to hook the sat nav to my computer to get maps, there was no cd with it and the vague manual with it says to go to wwwroute66.com/rac which i did and click on downloads and click on the model to install but the model is not on the list, the model is rac5000wide:(
