Bank's open a 9.00 am

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a bank in Dublin open at 9.00 on a Tuesday? I need to get a bank draft for an embassy interview at 10.00 Tuesday and they are obviously closed tomorrow.

Presumably your interview is in Ballsbridge at the U.S embassy.

Ulsterbank near trinity\grafton st opens at 9.30 AM. It might be a bit of a squeeze for you but a taxi fare may just get you there on time

Baggot street branch might be better for if your heading for the U.S embassy for 10

OP, tell the driver to wait outside the bank doors with the engine running and for him to keep an eye out for you, that you will be coming out fast and will want to be getting away rapid.
...I'm sure any taxi driver will surely wait for you!

You might want to double check that their opening hours are still 9.30. They were up until recently at least

Ulster Bank is a good option but no bank will issue Bank Draft unless you are a customer of that bank and yes the computer wants an account number

I can understand jokes in threads titled "my housemate masturbates to gardening shows" or the likes, but not attention seeking in one about bank opening times.
