Is this something to do with tyres, or suspension?

Why would all 4 tyres light up? All got the wrong pressure?

Dunno, I used alloy wheel cleaner on the wheels and im hoping that that didnt mess up the sensors....

Just turned the tyre pressure warning system off and all good (all pressures are spot on)

Possibly a wiring issue or a faulty Tyre Pressure Sensor Monitor Module.
These cars are getting on for 7-8 years old now, and niggly electrical issues are only to be (somewhat) expected.
The batteries in the in-tyre pressure sensors tend to fail around years 4-5, and most people ditch them at that point and disable the sensor system altogether. This also means they can chuck the stupid OEM aluminium valves which corrode badly, and replace them with proper rubber ones that actually allow you to connect the supplied tyre compressor, and also allows the removal of the valve caps without the use of a pliers. :D
