Can't connect to itunes store

    Hey recently i tried updating my ipod software and a message came up saying i wasn't connected to the internet when i was. Also i cant get into the store or radio although my podcasts do update weirdly. I've installed the newest version of itunes straight after still no luck, has anyone got any ideas?

    Sounds like antivirus software or maybe even the firewall is blocking it. Try disabling them temporarily and trying again.
