Philips pfl9705 led tv problems

Hi, has anyone experience with the Philips 40pfl9705? Philips have a good deal on at the moment but having searched on net, although this is an award winning tv, it seems to have many design flaws that philips are either ignoring or fixing very slowly. Anyone had any issues??
