Hi, I'm looking for a Coast jacket. It's not in store/online in the size I need and it's not on ebay. Is there anywhere else I could look?

    Adverts.ie maybe?

What jacket is it? Have you a link to it?

If you have the style name of the jacket you could do a Google search, that's what I usually do and have always found what I'm looking for.

Can you a store and ask could they find out the nearest stockists that could deliver it to the store?

Seeing as its on sale though the chances of getting it are slim, you might have to keep checking eBay for the next few months.

I already enquired in store and no luck.

It's needed for 3 weeks time so it's unlikely I'll get it on ebay!

Just did a Google search with the style name/number and nothing showed up apart from the same link the OP posted.

Best of luck OP, hope you manage to get it.

Might be a stupid question but have you tried on the nearest size to the size you're actually looking for?

    According to the website they have 8, 10, 14 and 18, all they're missing is 6, 12, 16

I know that if "my" size isn't available in store I would always try on the next size up or down. All depending on how the fabric is cut etc you might find that even though you "think" you're a 6 the 8 might actually fit better.

(This is coming from someone who has clothes ranging in size from 8 to 16 in her wardrobe )

Just a suggestion :) It's a lovely jacket by the way

Other sizes were tried in store but didn't fit!

Is it possible to get a jacket in the nearest size to your sizr and have it altered maybe?

Ring Kildare Village? I assume you already tried Stephens Green/Dundrum/House of Fraser/Cork etc. Kildare tends to have a good selection of sale stock

OP What size are you looking for? If you don't find it the laria jacket is quite similar.

No it couldn't be altered to fit. The problem is the shoulder area.

It's not for me it's for my aunt and round necks don't suit her and she won't wear them.

I'll try that on Tuesday. Hopefully they could post it if they have it.

When I asked in store I asked if they could get it in from another store and they can't. I think she also said it isn't in other stores!

To be honest I would ring around all the Coast Stores in Ireland. A few times I have been told an item is not in any store but have rung around and got it.

But we don't have time to travel to get it! A possible 8 hour round trip to get the jacket would be crazy!

They might post it tho - it might cost you €15-20 but it might be worth it!

What you could do is get your local store to check the UK stores and if any standalone stores have it they can do a service called coast by post-you pay for the item over the phone and they post it to you. Postage is about £5/€7.

Sorry should have said that if you find a store that has it you can arrange for them to send it either to your local store or to your aunt directly.

If your aunt really wants it you could always arrange a courier.

As it turns out, I was in Kildare Village today - had a look but didn't see the jacket there.

    Hi OP,

the only two stores that have definitely got full size ranges in stock are the factory outlets in Bicester and Cheshire Oaks factory outlets; Bicester are 00441869 360589 and Cheshire Oaks 0044151 3551841. Fingers crossed they can sort you out!
