Richard, I don't agree with you on many thing but on this I do. This scene is one of the best action sequences I've seen on tv. The series was far better than Terminator 3 or Salvation as well which isn't the hardest. :D

    it was a well-made show

i would say a big problem was the actors who played the two main characters, sarah and john connor

sarah connor was more robotic that summer glau and the kid was far too camp to be a resistance leader

I think the failure of the ludacris T3 and the myriad of remake/spin-off tv shows meant most people never gave this a chance. Once you get 3 or 4 episodes in you realise how good it was and you get hooked. Of all the shows that was cancelled prematurely this is the one I'm most bitter about. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS IN THE 3RD SEASON ARRGHHHH

I thought the first season was decent enough but they really stepped it up in the second season and it was very good. By that stage though, the masses had already made up their minds and it was fighting a losing battle.

I'm rewatching season 2 at the moment, and it's an excellent show. Some really standout episodes. I wish i could say i was surprised it got cancelled, but i'm not.

I met Brian Austin Green & Thomas Dekker last June, and they both spoke enthuasiasticly about a made for Tv movie to wrap up the season 2 finale. BAG's production company is working on it, they're still sorting out the script and financing but all the cast and crew are willing to come back for it.
Now this was last June, so you think we would have heard something by now.... I really don't know.
